Telesaur, LLC is committed to using reasonable efforts to preserve your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes how we may process and use information collected from you. We adhere to the following principles: · Telesaur does not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. · Except as described below, Telesaur does not share your contact information with other users or third parties without your consent. · Any personally identifiable information that you provide to Telesaur will be secured with commercially reasonable efforts. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Telesaur is job board that connects employers ("Employers") with individuals seeking employment, specifically telecommuting work ("Job Hunters"). When you visit Telesaur you provide two types of information: Personal Information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by Telesaur and Web Site Use Information collected by Telesaur as you interact with the Telesaur.com web site (the “Website”). "Web Site Use Information" includes, without limitation, information about you, your Internet service provider, browser type, domain name, IP address, the web page that referred you to us, the web pages you request, the date and time of those requests, and entry and exit points. We collect Web Site Use Information to develop group profiles of our Web Site visitors, assist with systems administration, resolve problems, and for other reasons. Our collection of Web Site Use Information may involve the use of cookies. Among other uses, cookies allow us to deliver content specific to your interests, to save you from re-entering your registration data at each connection, and to provide special features. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to configure your web browser to accept cookies, not to accept new cookies, to notify you when you receive a new cookie, or to disable cookies altogether. "Personal Information" includes, without limitation, your name, contact information (including your e-mail address), employment application information, company affiliation, and other individually identifiable information that you provide to us through the Website. We collect Personal Information if you provide it to us voluntarily. We only collect Personal Information to provide to potential employers (but only with your permission), administering contests, providing services, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, and conducting the business operations described in this Privacy Statement. We keep your Personal Information as accurate, complete, current, and relevant to its intended use as is reasonably possible. When you register with Telesaur as a Job Hunter or as an Employer, you provide certain Personal Information. Additionally, when you establish your profile as a Job Hunter or as an Employer you will provide information relating to your experience, skills, education, compensation, work availability, geographic region and self-evaluation. Such information alone does not identify an individual member. Job Hunters are not required to, but have the option to display their contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) to Employers who conduct searches of the Telesaur database. Telesaur has a blog and bulletin board; if you post information on a blog or bulletin board, or participate in a public message board, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Telesaur is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Use of Personal Information

We may use and disclose Personal Information for purposes that include sending applications for employment to Employers, assessing business relationships, communicating with you, administering contests and promotions, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, and conducting business transactions with you. We only collect, use, and disclose Personal Information for purposes that are reasonable in the circumstances. We use only fair and lawful means to collect Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties for reasons that include, without limitation, administering a transaction, protecting the confidentiality and security of records, assisting law enforcement, and other reasons listed below. We disclose Personal Information to other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. These types of agents include credit card processors, and other agents who perform the operations described in this Privacy Statement for or on our behalf. These agents may perform functions including, without limitation, encrypting and processing credit card transactions. Where we disclose Personal Information to organizations that perform services on our behalf, we will require those organizations to use such information solely for the purposes of providing services to us and to protect the Personal Information with appropriate safeguards. As we continue to develop our business, we might buy or sell business units. We reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information in connection with these transactions. Children

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, do not share Personal Information with us.

Consent, Retention, and Access

When you provide Personal Information to us, you are expressly consenting to our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Statement, then do not share Personal Information with us. If you choose to withdraw your consent for specific uses or disclosures, please notify us through the Contact Information listed below. However, there are limited situations in which applicable laws require or allow us to collect, use, or disclose Personal Information without your consent. These situations include, for example, law enforcement and compliance activities. We keep your Personal Information only as long as we need it for the reasons it was collected. Security

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your Personal Information and Web Site Use Information secure. We endeavor to use appropriate physical, administrative, and technical security to protect against any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or inadequate disposal or destruction of Personal Information. We allow access to Personal Information only by employees who need to view that information. If an employee misuses Personal Information, we will take disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. If a third party misuses Personal Information, we will take action, up to and including termination of any agreement between Telesaur and that third party. When you click on a link on any of the Web Sites that takes you to a web site operated by another company, you will be subject to that web site's privacy policies. We encourages you to read the privacy policies of all websites.
